Why claim your account?

If you created dynamic QR codes as a guest, they're linked to your current browser session. Claim your account to:

• Save your QR codes permanently
• Access them from any device
• Keep your scan analytics

Without claiming, you may lose access to your codes if you clear your browser or switch devices.

Step 1: Go to My Account

From your FreeQR Dashboard, click My Account.

Step 2: Enter your name and email

Fill in your name and email address, then click Save or Verify.

Step 3: Verify your email

We'll send a one-time code to your email. Enter the code to verify.

Once verified, your account is claimed. All your existing QR codes are now saved to your account.

Logging in next time

Now that your account is claimed, you can log in anytime:

1. Go to dashboard.freeqr.com
2. Enter your email
3. Check your inbox for the OTP
4. Enter the code—you're in

Common questions

What happens to my existing QR codes?

They stay exactly where they are. Claiming your account links them to your email so you can access them from anywhere.

I already have QR codes on another account. Can I merge them?

No. Each account is separate. If you have codes on multiple guest sessions, you'll need to choose which one to claim.

What if I don't claim my account?

Your codes remain accessible as long as you use the same browser and don't clear your data. But if you switch devices, clear cookies, or lose access to that browser, your codes will be unreachable.

Can I claim my account later?

Yes, but don't wait too long. Claim your account before switching browsers or devices to avoid losing access to your QR codes.
