Understanding your Dashboard

Your Dashboard is where you manage all your QR codes, files, and project settings. Here's how to find your way around.

Dashboard overview

Sidebar navigation

The left sidebar gives you access to everything:

Section	What it does
Project selector (top left)	Switch between projects
QR Codes	View and manage your QR codes
Files	Access images, videos, and documents used in your QR codes
Settings	Update project name and manage collaborators
Billing & Plans	View your plan and manage subscription
Support	Get help

Main area

The main area shows your QR codes with:

Create QR Code button (top right)
Search bar to find codes by name
Sort options to organize by date
QR code cards showing preview, name, scan count, date, and URL

Projects

Projects help you organize your work. Each project has its own:

QR codes
Files (images, videos, documents)
Settings
Collaborators (depending on your plan)

Switching projects

Click the project name in the top left corner to see your projects and switch between them.

Project settings

Click Settings in the sidebar to:

Change the project name
Add collaborators (available on some plans)

Viewing QR code details

Click any QR code to see its details page.

Information panel

Field	What it shows
URL	The landing page address
Protection	Whether password protection is on or off
Total scans	How many times the code has been scanned
Created at	When the code was created

QR Code and Preview

Toggle between: - QR Code — View and download your QR code - Preview — See how your landing page looks

Analytics

View scan data with these tabs:

Tab	What it shows
Scans	Scan count over time
Devices	What devices people used to scan
Countries	Where scans came from
Cities	City-level location data

Use the Date Range and Interval filters to adjust the view.

Note: New scan data may take 1-5 minutes to appear.

Actions

From the details page you can:

Edit — Update your landing page or QR code design
Delete — Remove the QR code permanently

Files

Click Files in the sidebar to see all media used across your QR codes in this project:

Images
Videos
Documents (PDFs, etc.)

Files are shared within the project. If you upload an image to one QR code, you can reuse it in another.

Common questions

How do I find a specific QR code?

Use the search bar at the top of the QR codes list. Search by name.

Can I organize QR codes into folders?

Use projects to organize your codes. Each project acts as a separate workspace with its own QR codes and files.

How do I add team members?

Go to Settings in the sidebar. Collaborator access depends on your subscription plan. See: Plans & pricing

Why don't I see any scan data?

New scans take 1-5 minutes to appear. If you just created the code or scanned it recently, wait a few minutes and refresh.
