Keeping your Free plan active
Your QR codes stay active as long as you meet one of these conditions each month:
- Log in to your account at least once, or
- Your QR codes receive at least 100 scans in that month
If you have an anonymous (unclaimed) account, your QR codes need at least 100 scans per month to stay active. Claim your account by verifying your email to remove this restriction.
Changes to plan limits
Plan limits and included features are subject to change. We will notify you by email at least 7 days before any changes take effect.
Common questions
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. There is no time limit, no trial period, and no credit card required. The Free plan is a permanent option.
Will my QR codes stop working if I do not upgrade?
No. Your QR codes keep working as long as your account stays active (see conditions above).
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade to any paid plan at any time from your account settings. Your existing QR codes and landing pages carry over.
